I wear an women's 8-8 1/2 shoe and the 7-9 size was kind of small for my foot. I gave them to my daughter who wears a 7 1/2 -8 and they fit her just fine. The 9-11 fin is quite a jump up in size and width. The quality of the fin itself is OK although not quite like the old voit which I have a pair of so easy to compare.
