My daughter needed a wheeled backpack to carry loads of books and supplies on a daily basis. In less than a week, the straps of this backpack were frayed from where it was being pulled despite them being as tight as they would go. The ends also get caught in the wheels and get tangled up. It's a lot of money not to be perfect. The color pink is also not a wise choice for a wheeled backpack. It looks horrible after just a few uses.
