I've read a few reviews of flashlights - and there might possibly be better ones available. But, for my money, this was an excellent purchase. The light is very solid and unbelievably bright (especially compared to the old "2 C-battery lights" we have around the house. It also doesn't weigh hardly anything, which is a HUGE plus for me. Gone are the days of lugging around a 5 pound MAGlight - this thing fits into my wife's purse...and she couldn't be happier.
