I installed this on my Kimber Desert Warrior 1911. It would come loose after each magazine. After the 5th mag, it stopped working altogether.
Since the seller's return policy is less than stellar, I decided to try to fix it. The issue seams to stem from a poor power switch design. Contact is made by 2 steel balls on springs with nothing but the back plate holding them in place.
