Excellent head lamp. I have tried other head lamps and even a waist belt before for running with little success. This light is awesome. Doesn't move on my head, it is lightweight, rechargeable, bright blinking red light in back, and plenty of bright white light in front. The dimming feature is a very nice touch, but one that I rarely use. On full bright, it lights up plenty of space in front of me for running, but I don't feel that it creates too much that can be blinding to others.
