I have not been able to swim in the cap as it is so tight it gives me a headache after just a few moments on. I have not worn a swim cap since they were required at camp, but I don't remember them causing this much discomfort. Get more detail about Aqua Sphere Aqua Glide Silicone Swim Cap.
