I wear these gloves to help my hands when at a computer. For me at least they keep my hands from getting tired. Naturally in the winter they help as well. Just wanted to mention, however, that I'm glad to see that Amazon offers these gloves for sale because stores like Walgreen's stop carrying them as the seasons change and spring and summer roll around. I'm not a terribly organized person and tend to lose the gloves (like pairs of socks will lose one sock); the inexpensive price here on Amazon helps. They are comfortable... I have small hands so I can say they fit nicely... I don't know for people with larger hands and can't confirm the "Magic Stretch"claim.
